Lesson One - Corbin, Tia, Darik
CORBIN
Corbin surveyed the dusty abandoned rooms of the shrieking shack. The girl had suggested this place as a secluded area to train; She was not wrong. Already the building creaked in an almost living manner and had mystery surrounding it. Anyone who came would only imagine the noises were naturally part of the shack's legend. He wondered if Tia often looked for remote places to get away. He hardly knew the girl except for one time in Diagon Alley, and again im town. Still... A deal was a deal. He did offer to show her a few things and now he had fo follow through. Corbin continued to survey the building as he waited for Tia's Arrival,
DARIK
Darik shook his head as he headed toward the tree entrance to the Shrieking Shack. She was going there to meet a man to supposedly get trained in combat. Why she wanted to augment the training he had been giving to all the children was beyond him. She had written in her diary about the visit. The diary had been set up by Tarik so anything she wrote would be recorded in his copy and in the one Darik had in his possession. It was sneaky and neither Tarik or Darik interfered unless a danger was involved. Darik had decided to let her take the training but she would not be alone.
Standing outside the entrance he apperated into the shack, into a corner in the kitchen area, since it was the most likely place to hold the training. He would be invisible to anyone there. It would be interesting to see if the trainer would be able to detect him. The only outward sign to anyone would be a very slight wave in the air as he arrived or if he moved. He took a position on his air-chair in the far corner of the kitchen near the entrance door. The man was checking out the shack, so Darik just waited.
(OOC: Airchair - a platform of air, usually about three to four feet off the ground. It is big enough for an elf to sit cross legged on top of it comfortably. It is invisible and silent.)
